KC Image Watermark is the newest plugin from the KC-Dev workshop. It automatically stamps a text watermark onto every image uploaded to the Media Library — no per-upload action required.
Features
- Automatically watermarks newly uploaded images, including the full-size file and every generated thumbnail size.
- Configurable watermark text (defaults to the site title if left blank).
- Configurable font size, color, opacity, position (9 placements, from top-left to bottom-right), and margin.
- A minimum-width threshold skips small thumbnails so the watermark never overwhelms them.
- Fingerprints each watermarked file so re-running thumbnail regeneration will not stamp it twice.
- Settings panel with usage guide under the KC-Dev admin menu.
Live preview of the current watermark settings — uploaded images are stamped the same way.
